Sorry i am a boy but this question is a little difficult to answer for chat group boys as there is no group for advice which i found in ur group so here is my problem i have a very low confidence level in myself as i cant talk with anyone by seeing in their eyes and when i do i just start to sweat mainly in my job interviews so please tell me a solution. Is there some specific thing about u that u feel humiliated about? If there is then perhaps u should get some profesional help, and then take it frm there! *

I used to b lyk tat until i gt out n strtd meetn ppl n gtn involved wit thng i was scare at frst bt i gt used to it. as 4 eye contact i jst stare above there heads instead cuz its eazier tat way *
